Physical description:
Bill is a tall, slightly fat halfling weighing in at around 65 KG’s (143 lbs) and standing around 105cm (3’6) tall. His eyes are filled with a deep blue colour that reminds you of the oceans of Eden. His rich moustache and thick unibrow make up for the lack of hair on his shiny bald head. He wears tailored Lothran suits on a daily basis. His prefered suits are dark red with gold details, usually accompanied by a hide that he wears over his shoulders. As for jewelry he has a golden monocle and some golden toenails, the latter as a replacement for toenails that were damaged over time.

Characteristics: Bill is a master of thievery. His agility combined with his ability to think quickly helped him to steal loads of stuff around Eden. Over the years his thought process greatly improved. Bill is quite manipulative and likes to control people by playing with their heads. These manipulative skills help him in his daily life of being the head of the Halfling Mafia.

History:
Early life
Billy Bandobras was born in Mapledale, 1474, to Bob Bandobras and Julia Lothran Bandobras. Enjoying a rather nice upbringing Billy never had any complaints. He had good food on his table, a good education and no problems whatsoever. In his early adult life Billy, now known as Bill, started working for his dad who was a plasterer. Over the following years Bill became a cornerstone in his fathers business, plastering most of Mapledales and Hadrian's houses. Bill wasn’t happy with his job though and one day while plastering the Hadrian library a new hobby was born, reading. Bill started reading books, mostly about history and art, something which would help him in the future.

Criminal Career
By the year 1505 Bill was a man filled with information about Eden. Information that he couldn’t put to use since he was still a plasterer. Because his dad became an old man that couldn’t do hard labour anymore he hired his cousin Otto Lothran for a year. Otto was a tailor by craft but had some spare time to help his cousin/childhood friend out. This however would be the last year of success for a long time. By the year 1506 things went horribly wrong, a plague started to roam around Eden, mainly affecting Hadriana, his main area of work. Since people started dying all around the place no new houses were being built. This meant that Bill, 32 at this time, lost his business and main source of income. This was also the case for his cousin Otto, whose tailor business plummeted to the ground. Yet there was one option for them to survive, this was Harry Hornwood’s gang. An underground Halfling mafia that could ensure payment. While being hesitant to join this criminal activity Bill and Otto asked Hornwood for a job. Hornwood agreed, Otto was forced to make suits for the gang, receiving a minimum payment for his work. Bill was forced to steal, while this was illegal it was his first time where he could put his knowledge of art to work. It was this knowledge that made Bill a highly successful thief, something Harry enjoyed. While Harry enjoyed the stream of gold and fortunes he was getting, Bill and Otto grew unhappy with the minimum payment they got, yet they understood it was this or nothing, so they kept on working.

The Al-Khadir fiasco
Until one day in the year 1508, when misfortune hit Bill once again. He was ordered by Hornwood to steal a special Ruby earring in the deserts of Al-Khadir. Once he reached the cave where the earring was supposed to be stashed, the place was empty, looted by unknown creatures. Beaten by the bad news, Bill made his way to Al-Khadir to spend the night. Once he arrived he headed to the Tavern where he ordered a wine, when suddenly in the corner of his eyesight he saw a Dark Elf wearing something familiar. There it was, on her long pointy ear, the Ruby earring he needed. He hung around the tavern until the Dark Elf left for home. Sneaking up behind her he followed her home. Bill waited for the streets to empty and when the moon hid behind the clouds he started working the lock of the door. After lockpicking his way in he made his way to the bedroom, where he found her, a Dark Elf deep asleep. Bill climbed up on the bed and tried to undo the earring but to no avail. He couldn’t get it off. In a split second a decision was made, he had to cut it off. He took his knife and started cutting off the ear. Blood splattering all over him, covering him head to toe. He did it though, the ear was off, it all seemed to go to plan until the Elf woke up. He stared her in her eyes, and for a second both didn’t know what went on, until she saw her ear in Bill’s hands. Bill started running for his life, sprinting towards his donkey to get out of this forsaken place. He rode out of Al-Khadir, but he wasn’t safe. He rode for days, an Elf hot on his tail. Until he reached Mapledale, where Hornwood would be the next issue he encountered.

Leaving home
Hornwood wasn’t happy at all to see the earring he wanted in his realm. Hornwood was mad, real mad, that Bill brought an angry elf to their hideout. All Bill could do was run, again. He hastily made his way to Otto’s house, where he and Otto packed their bags in a hurry, ready to make a big escape. They ran outside to Otto’s donkeys and rode off south. Hornwood and his men put up a chase, they too mounted donkeys, and followed Otto and Bill for a long while. The directions this chase took are unknown, the only thing we know is that they ended up near a forest. With the chase taking a few days now Bill and Otto were getting tired, but so were Hornwood and his men. And while Bill and Otto hobbled into the forest, Hornwood decided to turn around and take his loss. They stumbled upon a farmhouse combined with an old unknown shrine from where the town of Aestarius would be born. They started living in the farmhouse, growing their own crops and being self-sufficient.

High Elves
Having stayed there for a few years without a calendar they lost track of time. Until one day when Otto discovered a Silver City north of their location. Bill and Otto jumped in their Canoe and went for a look. Once they reached the square all the Elves looked down on them. Wondering where they came from and what they did there. They were led to the tavern where Bill and Otto started explaining where they came from. This raised some red flags among some Elves, especially when a weird Ruïn in a forest was named. This is why Otto and Bill were summoned to meet with Aethis Zaithrall the ruling High Elf leader. In this meeting Otto and Bill explained their situation and history and came to terms with the High Elf leader. They could stay in Aestarius, as long as they would keep the Ruïn safe.

Going back to where it all began
With the knowledge of the years that passed, Bill decided to go back to the place where it all began, Mapledale. This wasn’t an easy decision, if Hornwood was still around he might’ve killed him. When Bill arrived in Mapledale there was one thing, and one thing only he wanted to find, Hornwoods hideout. He waited for nightfall and sneaked his way towards the hideout, when he got there it was awfully silent. The usually packed cave with loudmouth Halflings was dark and silent. Bill stepped inside and lit a candle, what he saw shocked him. The cave was full of shiny gold, combined with the horrors of 20 Halfling skulls. It appeared that all of Hornwoods gang had died. Either to the plague or an all out gang war within the group. Bill, quick to think, packed up his saddlebags with all the goodies he could get and rode off in the moonlit night, back to his new home Aestarius where he showed Otto all of his treasure, they were rich to the teeth.

Bandobras Pawnstore
The newly found treasure would be the start of a new chapter in Bill’s life. The vast amount of gold made him long for his criminal days. And so the Bill Bandobras’ Barefoot Boys was formed. An underground criminal gang below the town of Aestarius. Bill was happy for the first time in years, having lots of money , running around in high end clothing doing what he wants. To not raise any suspicion among others to where the money came from he decided to build a pawn store. Where he bought and sold all sorts of stuff from Eden. Making the products he sold very expensive he would have an excuse as to why he would have such richness. Of course this is all a facade, but up until this day no one except Otto knows about this.

Present
As of this day, Bill still lives in his house of Aestarius. Enjoying a rich life underground while doing what he does best, running a Mafia, manipulating people, and stealing stuff he wants.
Trivia:
Bill loves gold so much, he replaced some of his damaged toenails with gold replacements.

Philipp Wilhelm II von Lichtenfelts is the Kaiser of Hadriana, Imperator et Attia, Protector of the Realm, and head of House von Lichtenfelts. Philipp was crowned Kaiser after the passing of Kaiser Matthias Joseph Withmond. Following his coronation, Philipp married Anzhelika Rozhdestvenskij after meeting her at court. With her, Philipp has one pair of twins: Karl and Helena.

Physical Description:
Philipp looks precisely like most Lichtenfelts men: Black hair, paired with gray eyes. He is somewhat tall, standing at about six and a single inch in height. When Philipp was still in his twenties, he was a clean-shaven and handsome man, his edges rough and his eyes kind. He had quite an athletic build, spending most of his time outdoors or training with the army. As he has gotten older, so has his body, nowadays Philipp proudly wears a thick beard and has lost half of his right leg during an incident. His restricted movement, accompanied by the many bottles of whiskey he drinks have caused him to look less athletic than he did before, his belly a bit plumper and his face a little rounder.
He wears the Attian crown, passed down by the Kings of old, now used by the Kaiser of Hadriana. It is a golden decorated crown, with spikes going around the entirety of it aside from the front, there sits a large ruby said to have been gifted to the first Attian King many years ago.

Characteristics:
Well-loved by soldiers and Knights alike, Philipp is brave, but stubborn and arrogant to an extent. A proud man, he would not usually let a bad word be said about his nation or his family. Since assuming the title of Kaiser, Philipp has become even more strong-headed, sometimes having trouble accepting ideas from his council members. Philipp can quite easily clash with people that do not share his view of the world and likes to go into a heavy debate. He does have some good qualities: his family would describe him as a loving figure, with his family always being put first, well above anything else. Philipp can also be described as a social animal, trying to bond with everyone, even the common folk of Hadriana. He can be found in the tavern of Adelsburg on occasion, drinking and laughing with the citizenry.

Thanks to Philipp’s history as a military man, he has a love for the dance of swords and does not try to hide it in the slightest. Before the tragic loss of part of his leg, he could always be seen training with his longsword or warhammer. A skilled fighter he was all through his youth, teaching the new generations of soldiers his moves and gaining much adoration in the process.

History:
Philipp was born at an unknown location, somewhere in the Hadrian lands, together with his brother. They both were saved by a Knight by the name of John from the slaughter, and were raised on an estate east of where Adelsburg now lies. He was the first son of his father, Wilhelm, and thus was heir to the house of Lichtenfelts. Philipp had it quite easy growing up, aside from the occasional squabble with his brother: Diederick-Göbel von Lichtenfelts. His father trained him in the art of swords, and he would spar with his brother every single day.

As he got older, Philipp wanted more than the peaceful life he had been living. So, after his sixteenth name-day, Philipp went to go and ask Ser John for permission to go and lead his own life in the city. The tragic past of Philipp’s family would then be revealed by the Knight, the slaughter of his house at the hands of the Withmond family, and the reasoning for why the life he had lived was so sheltered became quite clear to him. Now with a mission, Philipp left for the capital, against the wishes of his brother and John. It was there Philipp would begin his slow and steady climb to the top, starting with enlisting in the armed forces. He would serve in the Imperial Legion for many years before he finally got his chance at leading his own battalion, making him a Lieutenant in his Majesty’s army. He would train his men day in, day out, and proved to have an astute mind for war which eventually got him the recognition he needed to become Lord Marshal of Hadriana.

From there, Philipp began to become closer with the ruling class and especially the then Kaiser, Matthias Joseph Withmond. Thanks to his outstanding service as Lord Marshal, he was granted the town of Bergwood, where he went on to have a castle built inspired by the ancient Castle Lichtenfelts. His rank would from that day onward be Duke, and he continued to solidify himself by the Kaiser’s side. When the young Kaiser eventually succumbed to his tragic illness, Philipp was nothing but happy to step into his rightful place at thirty-six years of age. His family had been restored to where they should be, even if both his mother and father would not be there to see it.

Philipp has now begun his reign and looks to re-establish Hadriana while he is Kaiser, by the Maker’s will.

Trivia:
Philipp loves a good tourney, and every time he hosts one of them he secretly wishes to join in. He knows he cannot, the risk is too great.

Philipp is an avid enjoyer of Golden Stallion Whiskey, it is said he has a huge storage of the beverage somewhere in Palace Adelsburg.
Intro:
Philipp Wilhelm II von Lichtenfelts is the Kaiser of Hadriana, Imperator et Attia, Protector of the Realm, and head of House von Lichtenfelts. Philipp was crowned Kaiser after the passing of Kaiser Matthias Joseph Withmond. Following his coronation, Philipp married Anzhelika Rozhdestvenskij after meeting her at court. With her, Philipp has one pair of twins: Karl and Helena.

Physical Description:
Philipp looks precisely like most von Lichtenfelts men: Black hair, paired with gray eyes.

If you look at Philipp’s son, Karl, you will be looking at a young version of Philipp.

Introduction
The horsemasters, the Hadrians call themselves, for their dominance on the field is unmatched. The charge of the Hadrian cavalry is an avalanche of steel that drives everything before it with lance, hoof, and blade. It is a truly majestic sight in their shining armour and proud heraldic liveries. While the Hadrian knight fights in the name of their divine lord, the Maker, the thorns of the Hadrian rose are it’s people, those who rebuild the foundations of the crumbled Attian Empire. Those who have survived the countless horrors of Eden, but stand valiantly to safeguard the Attian race and the Hadrian Empire.
Culture
Apparel
The Attians in Hadriana usually dressed in typical yet colorful town and working clothes, wearing what was fit for daily comfort or represented their work profession. The commoners' dress code also includes hats. Primarily short or smaller-sized hats to help with comfort and not get in the way of their work. Higher families of knights and lords, dressed in the latest types of fashion. Female fashion was often influenced by what the Queens wear; meanwhile, the Lords often dressed in clothing representing their family's history, wealth, or signature colors.

Celebrations and Holidays
* Saint’s Day : At every change of the seasons on a Saints Day, the last day of the week, requires every Hadric citizen to attend local church sessions and pray to their sentinel of choice or The Maker in general.

* Day of the squire : The day of the squire is a day where local commoners are called up to prove themselves in a series of tests. Local farm boys, workers, citizens or others are able to freely participate in this event. Those who succeed and pass, will eventually be judged by knights. These knights will eventually choose which person will become their squire, hence the name “Day of the Squire”.

* Saint Nillias day : Day originates from the priest Saint Nillias who performed multiple miracles and pilgrimages in order to become so famous. He gifted children who behaved presents, those who did wrong were given a piece of charcoal, symbolizing an unhealthy future and bad luck. A sign of disobedience. On this day, children are told to behave even better by their parents. A priest from the local church will visit them, judge the children and perform the same tasks as Saint Nillias. The children have to sing for the priest at home or outside in little choirs. Even visit other homes to sing in front of their doors.

* Yearly jousting tournament: Once every four years a jousting tournament is held. All knights and warriors around the world are challenged to participate in a tournament of honour and chivalry. A festival which holds tests of strength, courage and agility. Ending in a tournament of jousting. The winner of this tournament receives a prize.

* Harvest Festival: A day where the big harvest is done by the populace of Hadriana. To celebrate this, a big feast is held in the capital. A harvest market is set up around the main road and square, inviting many outsiders as well to participate in such a feast.

* Feast of the Ashes: Originating from the day Hadriana was founded, after the great collapse of the Attian Empire, followed by the exodus and the founding of the kingdom. On this day Hadriana celebrates by holding a great feast in its castle and town. The king gives a speech, where afterwards all knights, again, take their fow on this day to pledge loyalty to the kingdom. After this is done, the feast will continue until the next days’ sun rises.

Romance and marriage
Marriages are celebrated in Hadriana, typically a small party thrown to celebrate the newly wed couple. Arranged marriages are normal in the city. It’s seen as an easy way to grow in power and the social hierarchy. As the act of marriage creates a link between two families, marriage is a powerful tool. Wars and blood feuds which have lasted for centuries have been ended by the strategic union of houses through marriage. Moreover, it is customary for the suitor to ask permission for her hand in marriage from the father or warden. Lastly, in order to officiate the wedding, the couple must consummate their marriage on the night of their wedding. Also, the Kingdom only allows for monogamous marriages to be carried out, and incest is frowned upon.

A matter many citizens care to improve their lives. In order to officially be wedded or divorced it must be approved by the main church of Hadriana. Marrying through romance is welcomed as well and is not seen as foolish. Those who are widows or children of honorable deceased are treated with great respect in public.

It is a tradition for the couple to receive gifts from their family members. The wedding ceremony is usually finished by dances around a decorated tree, displaying their ancient traditions from the old times..

Life & Reproduction
The Hadrian people are hard working, they are never idle for too long. Those who couldn’t afford luxurious meals normally ate soup and bread for their meals.

Hadriana becomes alive the most in the mornings when people head off to run errands. It’s a hustle around the central area in front of the post office; various different stories crossing paths at once. Whether it’s a long day at work or a commemorative party, the evening is the period of rest and celebration. The local tavern being a hotspot for those who need to quench their thirst. Life is comfortable, warm, and festive.

The Hadric people view birth as a gift from the maker and as a liability to them. It is not mandatory, but producing or adopting heirs is advised from the King to regrow the population after the devastating plague. The society of Hadriana expects parents or guardians to educate their child on any possible dangers as precaution. Due to the environment most citizens can live up to 60-70 years before passing away of old age.

Death & Funerals
Death in Hadric Society is a bittersweet occasion. While the pain of losing a loved one is greatly felt, it is believed that if they were righteous in life and steadfast in their faith they shall return to the Maker in the afterlife, free from the woes and hardships of mortal life.

Dying in combat is seen as the greatest honour a knight could receive, as he has died protecting and serving those in need, his kingdom and The Maker. This is especially for those who are in the military; hence why joining the military is one of the most popular career choices. It is believed that the body should return to the Earth from whence it came. The traditional funeral rites of Hadriana are burial or interment. Commonfolk are typically buried in a local cemetery, while the wealthy and highborn may be interred in catacombs beneath their estate should they be there.

High honoured knights or warriors are buried in burrows. This will later on be decorated in white flowers and intricate headstones by the family.

During the times of the Rotting Plague, people tried burning the bodies believing it would rid them of the plague, however it did the exact opposite. The smoke contained the disease and it became another mode of transmission. In order to contain the disease, mass graves were dug, and people weren’t allowed to touch or come in close contact with the infected bodies, especially with their bare hands. Normally, however, a burial is more of a ceremony where the family and friends would carry the coffin containing the deceased to their grave.

Economy
Due to the dedication the people of Hadriana put into their work, providing for themselves and the nation, Hadriana became known as a nation of mass-producing quality products. From your furniture, tools from the blacksmith, to the best quality bred horses of Eden. The many different kinds of career options in Hadriana give its citizens and newcomers plenty of opportunities to learn new skills to share with the nation.

Hadriana provides its nation with different kinds of Mead and Ale. But are also the founders of the Golden Stallion Whiskey, but also Vodka and Rum liqueur. Quantities equal to the different kinds of Elven wine. But even the army provides for anyone who wishes to learn the ways of the sword.

To those who wish to unite themselves in groups of same interest craftsmen and trades are gathered in different guilds. When cooperating, certain tradesmen can apply to raise a guild. In return for the privilege of a guildhouse the guid pays a monthly fee. Some guilds may differ in structure but an overlapping theme with guilds is that the guild appoints a master of a certain trait. This master is allowed to keep several apprentices for a certain period of time. These apprentices will rise through the ranks of the guilds to earn their privileges to set up a prominent shop.

Religious Beliefs
The primary religion within the Kingdom of Hadriana is known as Makerism. The followers of the one and only God, The Maker, believe that he is the one who created the heavens, soil and life of Eden. Together with the nine Sentinels, each one represents emotions and challenges that all humans will encounter throughout their lives.

The clergy may outwardly appear as a humble social class wielding little power beyond ceremony, the truth of the clergy is much deeper. As the appointed representatives and servants of the Maker and the Sentinels, the word of the clergy is treated practically as law in the deeply religious society of Hadriana. They are pervasive throughout Hadric society. In every village there is a chapel to the Maker or a shrine of a sentinel, and in every noble court there is a resident clergyman. When a child is born, they are taken to the clergy. When a couple is to be wed, it is a clergyman who officiates. Even in death the clergy’s influence is felt, as clergymen are there to administer religious rites at any funeral.

The people of Hadriana believe in an afterlife. Those who live by the principle guidelines of the Maker’s traits, known as the Nine Wisdoms, are welcome to join him there in the realm of Heavens. This place is where one is presented by all his or her life choices and can reflect on the time that was given to them on Eden. Eventually living out the rest of their lives in these realms in peace.

However, if one does not live by the Maker’s teachings, one will fall into the abyss of the mirror realm, to a place the light can’t reach.

This mirror realm has many names in Hadrian religion. It is both known as The Void or The Four Hells. This realm is ruled by Dolus, the sentinel of corruption and deceit. He punishes those who fell to his corruption by turning them into monsters he unleashes onto Eden. Hence, being “corrupted” or known as turning Heretic is punished severely.

On the Nine Wisdoms.

“As the night crept over the fields, Onnodrith looked up to the skies and saw the bright star of Hadrius. At this point, the star became so overpowered with light that through it the sentinels all came forth. Above them, hovered a man covered in bright light. The Maker presented himself to Onnodrith and his children. And together each of the children, good and bad, presented the nine rules the Attians had to follow. Nine rules that were needed for the Attian race in their new home. The sentinels sang and danced one last time together before Onnodrith, encouraging him to ride back to his home and settle the new kingdom. And only with a new start could its people survive, guided by the Nine Wisdoms of the Maker.”

# You will not have faith in false gods.
# You will not take the word of the Maker in vain.
# You will take the first day of the nine day week for holy contemplation.
# You will respect your forefathers.
# You will not take life.
# You will stay true in marriage.
# You will not commit thievery.
# You will tell the truth.
# You will not envy.

Military
Chivalry and Knighthood play a significant role in the nations' culture. Knights are those who have proven themselves to the King and have been given high status and the honor to serve under the King and nobility. Every knight must wear their households' colors or crest on them to represent their family. Nobility are those who have the high authority right under royalty. They possess more privilege than any other social class below them in Hadriana.

Structure of the Hadrian army
Knights of Hadriana
With the collapse of the Attian Empire and the subsiding Rotting Plague, the number of men needed to wield an army steadily declined. Hence the early kings of Hadriana relied on a professional core of riders, ditching their familiarity with foot-infantry. These riders required professional training from a very young age. Thus the concept of this riding elite quickly became hereditary, so riders would teach their children from a very young age to wield a sword and ride a horse. To keep this army loyal, the early Kings of Hadriana would give them special hereditary privileges as long as they swore the Oath of Fealty to the King. The families of these so-called knights would forever be anointed with these privileges. They have a special standing in Hadrian society and have the responsibility to administer provinces or fiefs. To be a Knight, however, is no easy feat; the course of Knighthood will start with rigorous training and exercise. Next to that, they learn the ways of court and manners. Follow up by the ways of the sword and shield. A knight is tasked with having the skills of many different weapons. A knight also needs to show an excellent set of skills for handling animals and horse riding. Hence, every knight cares for their horse.

Man-At-Arms
Man-At-Arms are the backbone of Hadriana. They are the shield of the nation, the core of the army, and the last ones to falter. Man-At-Arms serve and protect the citizens and Hadriana as a nation. Man-At-Arms are often conscripts; people who wish to serve the King can sign themselves up for training. Man-At-Arms will be put under a Hadrian Knight, who will act as their superior. They will wear the colors of said knight by painting it on their armor, shield, or wear fitted clothing. This turns entire armies into endless parades of colors. A Man-At-Arms will follow a rough training period of drills, combat skills, and the handling of weapons and armor to mold them into the perfect soldier.

Chaplains
Chaplains, or commonly named Paladins, are the warrior-priests of the clergy. They minister the spiritual and psychological well-being of every knight, Man-At-Arms, or other that holds the steel to defend Hadriana. Yet, they are well known for their use of magic in combat. This is due to the clergys' laws around magic itself.

They instill the values and beliefs of the Maker and the Sentinels to promote veneration in the ranks. They are leading from the front as awe-inspiring Paladins, fighting wherever the foe is most fierce. Their training is a combination of standard Man-At-Arms training, combined with the church's spiritual, magical, and strict religious guidance. They could lead entire armies if needed, praising the Maker while rejoicing in the glorious act of war. They go to ever more marvelous deeds of bravery, devotion and chivalry—most of them devoting their lives towards one of the Sentinels.

Law
The Hadrian law
Base Fundamentals
Law article I. Thou shall not inflict acts of barbarism, violence, or other of the kind to those fellow citizens.

Law article II. Thou shall not steal from others in the name of self lust or greed.

Law article III. Thou shall not inflict destruction on other properties not owned by thou self.

Law article IV. Thou shall always stay faithful to the Maker, never to follow false idols or gods.

Law article V. Citizens shall not tolerate individual conversion or public praisings to false idols or gods.

Law article VI. Thou shall not kill nor harm an individual.

Law article VII. Citizens shall not tolerate any individual who denies the path of Makerism or His will.

Law article VIII. Thou shall never deceive those of goodwill or cheat in marriage.

Law article IX. Thou shall not take the word of the Maker and his Sentinels in vain.

Law article X. Thou shall not use magic for wrongdoing or without jurisdiction of the clergy.

Punishment:
Punishments given to those who break the law are strict and sometimes brutal. Those speaking against the law can receive punishment, as the givers of judgment are the law. And those speaking against it are against the law itself.

In most cases, they are looked over by a judge. The judge can either be someone of nobility or a priest of the clergy. In rare cases, the king himself can perform the role of judge.

Depending on the breaking of a law, punishments are always performed in public. Thieves lose fingers or an entire hand, for example, beggars and liars an ear, and those who commit acts of heresy are either tortured or sentenced to death by fire in the worst case.

An executioner or knight always performs sentences of death. The church looks over all public performance punishments that are linked to a law of religion.

History:
Philipp was born on a quiet estate, east of where Adelsburg lies now, together with his brother and parents. He was the first son of his father, Wilhelm, and thus became heir to the house of Lichtenfelts.
So, after his sixteenth name-day, Philipp went to go and ask his father for permission to go and lead his own life in the city. The tragic past of Philipp’s family would then be revealed by his father, the slaughter of his house at the hands of the Withmond family, and the reasoning for why the life he had lived was so sheltered became quite clear to him. Now with a mission, Philipp left for the capital, against the wishes of his father.

History:
Philipp was born on a quiet estate, east of where Adelsburg lies now, together with his brother and parents. He was the first son of his father, Wilhelm, and thus became heir to the house of Lichtenfelts.

The High elf we like to call Fynenar stands at about 205 centimeters (6’8). His eyes are a light-gray/green color. Fynenar has a very pale skin color accompanied by long silver hair he usually wears in a ponytail. The muscular body of this High Elf is covered by his red clothing that he combines with his Silver Cloak armor. This armor that consists of Silver plating is finished off by his polar bear cloak that he wears over his shoulders and back. This cloak symbolizes his position as Silver cloak and thus the Therri’cills emisarry. The Silver plate is finished off with gold details and golden shoulder pads. This set of armor is completed with a Silver crown, that is decorated with gold details. As far as jewelry goes he wears a golden ring on his left hand, on this ring sits a dark red ruby that he got from an old necklace of his mother.

On-duty Fynenar’s appearance is completed by his Silver sword that is attached to his belt, his shield that he wears on his back, and his Silver staff that also goes on his back, or in his left hand.

Characteristics
Though Fynenar has the appearance of a true warrior, which he is, he is also very nifty in his ways of politics. During the years that he had to climb through the ranks he learned the ins and outs of High Elven politics. These skills as a politician and as a warrior help him in his eternal mission to rid all impurity out of the Glade of Dragons. His skill with a blade is accompanied by his skills as an Arma’goi, making him a warrior mage. Furthermore Fynenar has a dislike for anything that isn’t a High Elf or Wood Elf, and usually looks down at any other race. He is afraid to touch impure things and usually carries gloves around for this exact problems. In his free-time Fynenar likes to spend his time praying to the mother and meditating on either a mountaintop or his self-cast cloud.
Introduction
Centuries passed while the mountains lay quiet, but now forges are relit and the drums of old sound in the deep. The Denur, an ancient folk of Dwarves, have finally resurfaced and are ready to march under the banner of their King under Stone, Frór Pridebringer.

Entering the mountains of the denur, leaving the biting frost from the snowy outdoors, you will be struck with intense heat from the blasting forges, molten magma flowing through the cavern. The smashing of alloys and the crackling of the glowing hot tools being drowned in the buckets of water, the thundering cheering and tankards crashing against each other fill the atmosphere in this mountain. From deep in the mountains the songs of old rise to the surface. Taking a breath in, the smell of molten metal and beer would load your nose. Going through you are met by the black rock sides all around this fortress city, a glorious purple crystal in the center hanging down looking over the immense anvil of the denur, enveloped by black rock forges, with tools laying all around, ingots of gold and iron lay scattered over the forges. Great streams of Gold run like rivers through the stone.

Important People
The troubled history of the Denur has seen many prominent leaders, but those who have had an enormous impact on society are written here.

Culture and Society
Commerce and Work
A large part of the kingdom of the Denur is mining and smithing. Nations across the land of Eden want to be as great smiths as the Denur, but can’t reach the same potential. With that, it makes sense for other nations wanting to get their hands on their tools, armor, and weapons. Trading has been done with multiple nations for their smithing skills in return for food. Notably, one nation, Hadriana, part of the King’s Court, a man by the name of Vivan De Augaussi, has had a long and prosperous trade with the Denur. This trade would comprise the Denur receiving food in trade for Vivan’s people receiving hand-crafted tools made by the master smiths of the Denur.

Political Beliefs
The Denur believe in freedom of speech for the citizens, all may speak their mind as long as they were born and raised as a Denur. It is legal for all to say what they want even if it is about their King but none would ever do that as they know their King was chosen from the beginning since the first King, Denor, and will lead them to victory just as the ones before has. To enter the city of Dar-ach Denur as an outsider, one must be escorted by either an Ironguard or another dwarf of a higher rank. This is because the Denur doesn’t like outsiders wandering around. If an outsider were to convert any of the Denur to their religion, that would because for either execution or to be thrown inside the dungeon, for the Denur never had a god’s help and didn’t need it.

Religious Beliefs
The Denur believe in all gods that exist in the world, but do not idolize any of them. From the start of the world, other nations talked about having gods help while the Denur had no help. This is when their pride begins. Those who rely on gods are no stronger than them, so what does that make them? Religion among the Realm of the Denur may be weird to some, they may believe in whatever they want and may worship whom they want, but that must be done away from everyone else and may not bring it up to anyone else. The King that brought this law into effect did it so that the true strong Denur would not lose their pride, strength, and ambition. All this makes the Denur motivated to earn everything themselves and show the world that they do not need a god’s help.

Military and Law:
The Denurs military is considerably smaller compared to other nations and groups, but the training of their military compensates for their numbers. The Denur split their army into four principal components: The Denur Militia, The Iron Guard, the Storm Breakers, and the Mountaineers.

The Denur Militia:
The Militia make up the bulk of the army, and range from new recruits to veterans that did not wish to join one of the three other branches. The Militia handle most law and peace keeping within the Kingdom, and cover most of the jobs within war, from artillery to infantry and archers. The Militia is also the main area for recruiting for the other branches within the military.

The Militia are light to medium armoured, also depending on what their current job or task is. They are equipped by the Kingdom, although cases of the Militia arming themselves have been seen.

The Iron Guard Corps:
The Iron Guard is the most elite troops the Denur offers. The Iron guard specializes in one-on-one combat and are used specifically for guarding the Capital, the royal court and the King himself. Once a recruit is chosen to be an applicant for an Ironguard, they must then duel the Captain of the Iron Guard to be allowed into the corps.

The Iron Guard is heavily armoured, notably wielding battle axes. Their armour is forged in the capital, at the King’s smithy. The Iron Guard is notably of higher social status than the other branches within the army, and thus many Ironguard become Lords, politicians, or other influential members in Denur society after they serve.

The Mountaineer Regiment:
The Mountaineer Regiment are the skirmishers of the army. Medium armoured, wielding bows and short swords, the Mountaineers are trained and equipped to fight extremely well in the mountains of their homeland. The Mountaineers are the main ranged unit within the Denur army, and therefore are even more useful and unique.

The StormBreaker Legion:
The Stormbreakers are the shield breakers of the Denur. Those who have proven to be true of Denur heart and wrath join this legion, and are equipped with heavy armour and a large battleaxe. These Denur smash through enemy defenses and shields, and make way for the main army. This legion has the highest mortality rate of the entire Denur army, and therefore most Denur do not stay StormBreakers for long.

History:
At the start of the mayhem that people now today call the “Rotting Plague”, the Denur had little experience of it due to immediately entering isolation at the start of the spread. Whether this was because of an already enacted plan before the Plague or a response to it is unknown to most people, but some select Denur who does not speak of it. The Denur thus did not have any cases, except for two, which died during travels outside of the Kingdom at the beginning of the plague. The Denurs stores of food and their self-sustaining economy and agriculture were enough to keep the Kingdom alive during this isolation period, albeit a bit more difficult than before. Due to not trading with the outside world, and being held up in their mountains, the Denur mined and increased their wealth, and when the plague subsided, the Denur emerged to the newly culled and scarred world more wealthy and powerful than they left it.
