Unfortunately, the elephants were hunted for their tusks and meat by the Orc and Goblins that settled in the Savannah and the population has since dwindled to almost non existence. Elephants are known for their close family bonds, and they will often go to great lengths to protect and care for their young. In the Jungle of Spiders, elephants are a rare sight, as they prefer the open grasslands of the savannah. However, there have been reports of elephants venturing into the jungle in search of food and water. Their massive size and strength make them a formidable opponent for any would-be predators, and their sharp tusks and powerful trunks are powerful weapons that they can use to defend themselves if necessary.
