Fables and Fantasy uses a straightforward system where users can have items that affect them and Eseron. This guide will briefly overview how you, the player, can get these approvals, what needs approval, and how it works in the world of Eden.
Overview
When an item has an event team tag, the item in question has been obtained through in-character means through an event. It proves authenticity, though most times, it is for a trophy. The other option is the item can be used for later events. This is mainly for event lines that the event team may be running for the time being.
Loremaster tags have more validity than event team tags. If an item is approved by a lore team member, this signifies that the object affects themselves or others in roleplay. When someone shows an item that has this tag, they obtained such from a lore ticket in the support discord.
The main difference between the two is the weight that the tags carry. In game, they both hold the same color, however, most loremaster-approved items will hold a section that contains what it affects.
When Items Need Approval
Most times, an item does not need approval. Some examples are drinks, gifts from one character to the other, food, and anything that adds a little flair. On the contrary, there are many drinks that do need to be submitted for approval. The examples are: custom weapons, prosthetics, casting items, historical artifacts, relics, babies, and limbs. Event approved items cannot be directly asked for without an event.
For clarity, custom weapons are any weapon that affects the other player in which a CRP pre-made profile has. These weapons can have custom mechanics, and will need approval through a lore ticket where the Event and Lore Team Manager will give feedback on balancing where the item will be given a tag and a custom added trait to signify it is ready to use. This is the only lore approved item that needs input from the Event Team Manager.
To get a lore team approved item, one must be in our support discord and create a lore request ticket.
