Physical description:
Aldir’tor stands at around 195 centimeters (6’6). He has bright green eyes with thick dark
silver eyebrows and long straight silver hair. He is frail and may come off as physically weak
on first sight. His long body is covered with all kinds of expensive clothes. He prefers blue
and black robes with a lavender mantle to finish it off. A Golden crown decorated with little
bright sapphire crystals rests on his head. He often wears half gloves and his fingers are
decorated with all kinds of jewellery.
Characteristics:
Aldir’tor has the attitude and insightfulness of a mage destined. He is extremely thorough
and calculating in nature. He will never answer a question straight. He loves to discuss and
debate for hours over seemingly minor topics and tends to endlessly contemplate about
making the right decisions. This indecisiveness has proven to be an issue for Aldir’tor during
the times of the Rotten Plague. It was he who was in charge of the Luminous Enclave at that
time. This was because his father was on a pilgrimage to Hadriana to do research on the
plague and try to discover a cure. While that was happening, Aldir’tor was very slow to react
to the destructive rampage that the plague was on in his realm. While crops we’re withering
away and the cattle and steeds of the enclave we’re dying, he was unsure what the right call
would be. He locked himself in his personal quarters, reading history books to find examples
of plagues in the past and how nations reacted to it. All this to find out what the right call
would be.
History:
Aldir’tor was born and raised in the Silver Court of the Luminous Enclave. As the only child of
Therri’cill Aethis I Zaithrall, the future of the Luminous Enclave was in his hands from the
very beginning. Most of his youth consisted of endless study and training with the other
noble boys to one day become a knight of Aerial, as was the duty of every noble of the
Luminous Enclave.
What did become clear rather fast was that Aldir’tor greatly preferred his books over the
sword. While he failed at every task during his military training, he excelled in college. He
quickly became very knowledgeable in History of the Azari’cill, art, astrology and even the
arts of the Arcane. Thus his career path was chosen for him. He would not ride with the
other nobility in a knights regiment besides ceremonial affairs, but he would be trained in
the arts of magic. All this did not stop Aldir’tor from going on little personal voyages all
throughout Eden. Aldir’tor was extremely impulsive in nature and didn’t really think things
through before suddenly deciding to go on another rather dangerous adventure.
After he finished college, he would receive the family heirloom from his now aging father.
The Zaithrall heirloom is the ancient staff that was used by Tetheris himself during the Age of
Fallen Spires. He would continue his studies of the arcane to this day and is now widely
known as a master spellcaster in the elven realms.
While this was all going on, Aldir’tor did have a social life besides his life as a prince. He loved
hanging out with his friends and family in the city tavern and started to develop a personal
relationship with a temple girl from a young age. The temple girl, Erinae Lazaru, was not
impressed with the royal titles that Aldir’tor wore, and treated him like any other Elf in the
Luminous enclave, to the annoyance of Aldir’tor. He would prefer to be treated like the
prince he is. This annoyance turned into a friendship in their early teens and later into a
more personal relationship.
His impulsive nature was shattered during one of Aldir’tor’s little adventures. He took his
love, Erinae, to an abandoned River Troll camp to show her the ancient artifacts that trolls
hoarded there. This action almost cost both of them their lives. The camp wasn’t abandoned
and a troll attacked both of them. They managed to fight off the troll and flee with their lives
but this action almost destroyed everything Aldir’tor held dear, together with his entire
bloodline.
Nowadays Aldir’tor stands on the top of High Elven society. He abandoned his reckless way
of life and spends most of his time in his private study and out on more safe trips with
Erinae. He took up the mantle of Therri’cill of the Luminous Enclave after his father, Aethis,
passed away. The burden of leading the High Elven people rests on Aldir’tor’s shoulders with
his loving wife Erinae at his side. Together, they will lead the Azari’cill to new heights.
Trivia:
Aldir’tor is a night person. He likes to be awake and studying while others sleep. It was a
habit he had acquired in his youth when he had difficulty sleeping because of the everlasting
unrest in his head keeping him awake.
.
Aldir’tor was the first Therri’cill to deny the wife candidate that the temple presented after
he became the Therri’cill elect. His heart was already sold to another temple girl at that
point, Erinae Lazaru was and still is his only true love.
