Unlike the real world, the time in Eden moves much faster. This passage of time allows characters to age better and helps prevent the server from feeling monotonously slow. There are 8 IRP Days in 1 IRP Week. The seasons run based on these time constraints, and thus so do the prime harvesting times for certain materials and crops. The faster passage of time also helps keeps RP events spread apart so that they are not happening all at once
