Introduction
A little ways off the menacing Jungle of Spiders lie fertile islands, where magical creatures can be encountered, and wilderness took over. But the races of Eden have settled here recently, and it has become a safe haven for wanderers and sailors across the southern seas. Primarily inhabited by wood elves, this prima settlement has seen much already, but it can only grow.
Location
Sunscape is a settlement located on the Siren Isles, tiles 64/65, a small group of islands a little off the coast of the southern Jungle of Spiders. It lies in the Eden's Expanse, a great ocean that stretches to the east. On one of the isles stands the great volcano, Mt. Takkaroka. The islands are home to many interesting and exotic creatures, as well as a lot of vegetation and large trees.
History
The Siren Isles were first conquered by the wood elves of Myln Arbor, building mines to gain access to the riches of the exotic islands and holding festivals there. But it was abandoned because of the cost to upkeep. The real Sunscape was first established by the northern people of Avalheim. They sought to conquer these southern isles for its riches, gold and darksteel. And since they lived in islands in the frigid north, this was also an excellent location to cultivate and grow crops. When the town was constructed, a ferry went from their capital of Avalheim all the way to the southern Sunscape. To celebrate this new town, the people of Avalheim held a Sun Haven festival.
What it is in Present Time
After a few years, Avalheim eventually made a union with their brethren in the east, the Empire of Mitrona. And after political and diplomatic negotiations with the Hadrian Empire, the town of Sunscape became officially under the rule of Mitrona. Mitrona will now continue to expand the town that was established, and make a great settlement of the town in the Siren Isles.
