Introduction

In the lush forests of Eden, one can often spot the adorable and ubiquitous rabbit. These creatures are a sight to behold, with their soft fur, long ears, and adorable little noses that constantly twitch as they explore their surroundings. They come in a range of colors, from pure white to rich browns and grays that blend in perfectly with the forest floor. Rabbits are small and agile creatures, able to navigate the dense underbrush of the forest with ease thanks to their powerful hind legs. They are herbivores, feasting on a range of forest vegetation, from fresh grasses to tender young shoots and leaves. They are often seen nibbling on wildflowers, clovers, and other tasty treats. These charming creatures are most commonly found in the forests near the Hinterlands, Heartlands, and Norlanden in central and northern Eden. They can also be spotted in the Glade of Dragons in the east of Eden, where they dart around the dragon trees and playfully hop between the tree roots.

Behaviour

Rabbits are most active at dawn and dusk, when they emerge from their burrows to forage for food. They are known for their cautious nature, and will often freeze in place at the slightest hint of danger. This behavior is known as "freezing," and allows them to blend in with their surroundings and avoid detection by predators. Despite their cautious nature, rabbits are also highly social creatures, and can often be seen playing and grooming one another in the safety of their warrens. They are also known for their impressive agility and speed, which they use to evade predators and dart through the dense underbrush of the forest. When it comes to hunting patterns, rabbits rely on their keen senses of smell and hearing to detect potential danger. If they sense a predator nearby, they will quickly retreat to the safety of their burrows, using their powerful hind legs to sprint away from danger.

Abilities

Rabbits may seem like harmless and docile creatures, but don't let their cute and fluffy appearance fool you! These little guys have some impressive defense mechanisms that they can use to protect themselves in the forests of Eden. First off, rabbits are lightning-fast and incredibly agile, which means they can easily dodge and weave their way out of harm's way. They can sprint up to 45 miles per hour, making them one of the fastest animals in the forest! If that's not impressive enough, rabbits are also known for their incredible leaping ability, which allows them to jump over obstacles and evade predators with ease. But rabbits have more tricks up their furry sleeves than just speed and agility. When they sense danger, they may stomp their hind legs on the ground, sending vibrations through the earth that can alert other rabbits to potential danger. This is a classic rabbit warning signal that says, "Hey, there's danger around here, better watch out!" And if all else fails, rabbits are not afraid to use their sharp claws and teeth to defend themselves. While they may not be the most aggressive creatures in the forest, they can still pack a punch when they need to.
