Summary:
Wendelin de Augaussi, first known as Wendelin Moetieur, was born in the city of Hadriana, now Norbüren. In her early life she made a living there as a tailor, before meeting Vivan de Augaussi, Graf of Ceril's Keep. She married him shortly after and they had two children together, Vance and Circe de Augaussi. During their marriage, Wendelin and Vivan conspired to overthrow the then-King, Roderick Withmond. A bloody coup ensued, in which the King was murdered, after which Vivan pronounced themselves King and Queen of the Kingdom of Veronia. Roughly a year after their coronation, Vivan would disappear in the swamps of Ancient Attia, prompting Wendelin to step up and proclaim herself as sole ruler and Queen of Veronia. She ruled the nation for a year, in which time she was kidnapped by forces from the United Provinces and Krzystof-Jan Tzyrnowski, being ransomed within a month. It did not take long before she disappeared herself, during a search for her husband. She was then succeeded by Matthias Joseph Withmond, son of Roderick Withmond, who found the throne empty.
