Description
The plant resembles normal underwater seaweed except for its strange coloring. It is discernible from regular seaweed by its unique purple coloring.

Witch Weed is a strange and uncommon species of seaweed often found within reefs or, less commonly, in marshes and swamps.
Ingredients
The weed is harvestable; when consumed by an air-breathing organism, it forcibly causes a temporary mutation within its body, which is painful. The person who consumes the weed gains webbed hands and feet. The weed does not affect aquatic creatures.
