Amber is a unique gemstone, because of the way nature creates them. They are Fossilizations made out of the remains of trees and plants that have slowly turned into yellow or orange gemstones over the years. The look of the crystal comes closest to that of molten glass or

heated metal. Its beautiful orange or yellow color makes the gemstone very wanted by the inhabitants of Eden, making the value of the Amber quite high.

Description

One can find these gems in the forest of Myln Arbor, often around The Amber Tree. They’re mostly located between the roots of trees, or plants. The reason for this is that when a tree or plant decomposes, a part of the remains grows a new plant or tree in that exact spot. The other part of the remains Fossilize into an Amber gemstone located near the roots of the tree. To obtain an Amber shard you’ll have to dig near the tree or plant. Amber has multiple uses, the most known of them for making jewelry.

For the believers of Kharash Amber has a special religious meaning for them. The gemstones have a quite literal connection with The Amber Tree. Due to the World Roots flowing under and from The Amber Tree, the Amber gemstones located there spread all over the forest with the help of the many roots of The Amber Tree and the other plants and trees around. Because of this connection, the gemstones are very popular for specific rituals.
