To craft this ingot for yourself you will have to collect 3 iron ingots that's mostly pure and melt it, mixing it with 2 pieces of carbon, here you use coal. As the metal mixes with the carbon and if you tend to it right and don't give it too much or too little you should have an outcome of a steel ingot, more durable and stronger then its Iron counterpart.
